Defendant Hudson S. Rankin, Jr. (“Rankin”), seeks vacatur of the court’s January 12, 2000, order granting default judgment to plaintiff insurer, Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company (“Nationwide”). Item 10. The default judgment (Item 8) was entered on a declaratory judgment action which Nationwide instituted against Rankin. Item 1.
