Greenwald, Inc. on July 13th, 1938, executed a note and mortgage to Reconstruction Finance Corporation in the amount of $100,000. John H. Shaab, being a large stock holder in Greenwald, Inc., and two other individuals on the same date executed a guarantee for this note and mortgages. John H. Shaab died on November 20th, 1938 and by his last will and testament admitted to probate by the Orphans’ Court for Howard County, made certain bequests to various persons and devised the rest and residue of his estate, real, personal and mixed, unto his sons, C.
