This is an appeal from a decision of the White County Circuit Court granting summary judgment to the appellee, First State Bank of Beebe, in an action for a wrongful set-off of the appellant’s bank accounts and a wrongful dishonor of the appellant’s checks. The appellant presents three arguments for reversal: (1) the trial court erred in holding that Ark.
