Appellant-Respondent (Johnson) appeals an Order of the Trial Court granting Respondents-Appellants’ (Dailey and District) Motion to Dismiss her Complaint. Dailey and District appeal the Trial Court’s denial of their request for sanctions against counsel for Johnson. We affirm.

FACTS
