Plaintiff filed this action upon an alleged contract for the sale of real estate. He prayed for an order requiring the defendants to submit the formal real estate contract to him “or to enter an order setting forth such-contract in full with the terms thereof and to require defendants to comply therewith.” The case was tried to the District Court without a jury.
