This is an action to determine adverse claims to the following described real property, situated in Burke County, North Dakota:

South Half of Southwest Quarter (SV2 SWJ?4) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Southeast Quarter (SE%) of Section Twenty-eight (28), and the Northwest Quarter (NWx/i) of Section Thirty-four (34), Township One Hundred Sixty-two (162) North, Range Ninety-three (93) West of the 5th Prime Meridian.
