Upon the filing of appellant’s first and final account as administrator of the estate of William Johnson, respondent’s exceptions thereto were sustained by the court which ordered the administrator to reimburse respondent for funeral expenses paid by the latter although no claim had ever been presented as provided by section 707, Probate Code. The present appeal is from the adverse portion of the order which otherwise approved the accounting.
