The Workers’ Compensation Rules Committee of The Florida Bar has petitioned this Court to approve its quadrennial report of proposed changes to the Florida Workers’ Compensation Rules of Procedure. Pursuant to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.130, the proposed amendments have been submitted to The Florida Bar Board of Governors for review. With two exceptions, rules 4.040 and 4.150, the board unanimously recommended approval.
