After a bench trial in the circuit court of Cook County, defendant was convicted of delivering more than 15 grams of heroin and less than 30 grams of cocaine (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 56x/2, pars. 1401(a)(1), (b)(2)) and was sentenced based upon the Class X felony to a term of six years’ imprisonment.
