Un this workers’ compensation dispute, the claimant, Charles Poole, Jr., appeals from a September 12, 2018 judgment of the Office of Workers’ Compensation (“OWC”). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

At all times pertinent hereto, Mr. Poole was employed as a laborer with Guy Hopkins Construction Company (“Guy Hopkins”). Mr. Poole was injured in the course and scope of his employment with Guy Hopkins in April 2003.
