OPINION AND ORDER
SPRIZZO, District Judge:
In this case, petitioner has applied for a writ of habeas corpus seeking his release on the ground that his present detention on a parole revocation warrant is in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 4213 (1982).
BACKGROUND
