Plaintiff, representing itself to be a commercial partnership domiciled in the parish of Bienville, alleged: That said firm made and entered into a written contract to sell and deliver to the Ft. Harrison Lumber Company, a commercial firm running and operating an establishment at Briceland, La., as manufacturers and wholesale dealers in yellow pine, hard wood, and shingles, all lumber cut by them classing as No. 2 and up at the price and sum of $12 per thousand, which said lumber the Ft. Harrison Lumber Company agreed to accept and pay for on the 20th of each…
