Appearing pro se, Nathan Walker appeals the Dougherty County trial court’s grant of a motion to dismiss his tort complaint against his ex-wife, Courtney Walker, her attorney, William H. Gregory, and a psychologist, Lora Davis, arguing that venue was proper, that his complaint stated a cause of action against the defendants, and that fees were improperly assessed against him. We hold that venue lies against all three defendants in Dougherty County, and that although some counts of Walker’s complaint were properly dismissed, others were not. We therefore affirm in part, reverse…
