In this matter it appears that a decree was entered in December, 1898, judicially settling the accounts of the executor herein, and under the terms of which the accountant was directed to distribute some $7,000 among five legatees under the will, and also pay to them a bill of costs amounting to nearly $600. Shortly afterwards the parties interested came *332to some settlement, and the decree was satisfied of record.
