Appellant sought damages for personal injuries sustained when she was stricken by a horse which was running at large. Defendants were Luther Crable (owner of the horse), Elbert C. Judge (lessee of the pasture from which the horse strayed), and Glenn E. Breeding Company, a sole proprietorship, Irene Breeding Sharp, individually and as executrix of Glenn E.
