This is a. suit in equity brought by the devisees under the will of their uncle Alvin Tillinghast, who died November 15, 1935, a resident of the city of Warwick, in this state, leaving a last will which was later duly probated. In this will he devised to them certain real estate which was in his possession at the time of his death, situated in that part of Warwick known as Greenwood and consisting of a farm and a residence and other improvements thereon.
