ORDER ON REMAND

October 28, 2002, the District Court affirmed this court’s finding that the automatic stay in this.case became effective at the time the petition was filed, rather than on the date of the filing as the debtor asserted. See In re Burgos, Case No. 3:01cv1443 (D.Conn.), slip op. at 2.
