Plaintiff-appellee Castellow instituted the instant action against appellant-B. G. Sanders & Associates, Inc. (Sanders) and appellee-CFW Construction Company, Inc. (CFW). Castellow alleged that Sanders and CFW were joint venturers or partners in an uncompleted construction project, that he had contracted with Sanders to provide electrical engineering services for the development and that in so contracting Sanders had acted with the authority of its joint venturer or partner, CFW.
