In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injury, loss of services, etc., the plaintiffs (husband and wife) appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bungs County, entered February 1, 1963 after a jury trial, in favor of the defendants, dismissing the complaint on the merits at the close of plaintiffs’ case.
