SIMONTON, Circuit Judge.

This case comes up on a motion to remand. The action was originally brought in the court of common pleas for Greenville county, S. C., against the Southern Railway Company, a body corporate of the state of Virginia, and Richard Joel and William Jones, citizens of South Carolina. The cause of action was for personal injuries to the plaintiff’s _ intestate, resulting in her death.
