Bishop, Sr., appeals the district court’s order granting the City of Birmingham (“the City”)’s renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law in Bishop’s action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-16 et seq.
