BAKER, Judge. —

The appellant was charged and convicted in the district court of Lamar County for unlawfully selling intoxicating liquor, and his punishment assessed at five years confinement in the penitentiary.

By bill of exception No. 1 appellant complains of the action of the trial court in refusing to permit him to interrogate the prosecuting witness, Clyde Lewis, relative to his brother being charged with and convicted of violations of the Liquor Law.
