Nathaniel Jerome Ottesen appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. In his motion, Ottesen raised thirteen claims of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We affirm five claims without discussion. We affirm on the sixth claim and write to certify conflict.
