This is an action by appellant, in the superior court of Cook county, against appellee, to recover damages for a forcible expulsion of appellant from a street car in the city of Chicago. The declaration consists of three counts, charging, in various forms, that while the plaintiff was lawfully upon the car of the defendant she was forcibly ejected and expelled therefrom by the conductor of the defendant in charge of said car, and thereby greatly injured.
