Joseph Sepulvado and Christy Sepulvado ("Mr. and Mrs. Sepulvado," respectively) brought a personal injury suit against The Charter Oak Fire Insurance Company and Yokem Motors, Incorporated1 (collectively referred to as "Yokem") in the First Judicial District Court, Caddo Parish, Louisiana.
