Termination procedures relating to the discharge of Lt. Robert Eidt (appellant) as an employee of the City of Natchez highlight this appeal. The Circuit Court of Adams County affirmed an order of the Natchez Civil Service Commission (Commission herein) which found that Eidt was discharged for cause.
