This case was heard by the court on the petition of the administrators c. t. a,, of the estate of Miriam B. Wilson, deceased, widow of John C. Wilson, decedent in this case; the answer of *194respondents, who are decedent’s executors and children (or their personal representatives), and the reply of petitioners to new matter in the answer.
