Plaintiff brings this suit against the Baronne Building, Inc., as the owner and operator of the Baronne Building, and Leo Fellman, as its agent or manager in charge or operator in his own behalf, in solido, to recover damages for •personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by him, while a passenger in an elevator in the building.
