Judge Ewing

delivered the Opinion of the Court.

Charles Dobyns and Samuel Bowling having associated themselves together, as partners, for the purpose of driving hogs to Virginia, for sale, and Dobyns having died before his return to Kentucky, his administrators brought this suit in Chancery, for the settlement of the partnership accounts.

They charge, that the whole proceeds of the sales came to the hands of Bowling, except six or seven dollars, left in the hands of Dobyns, and the proceeds of the sale of one hundred and twenty hogs sold by Eli Anderson, which was brought to Kentucky, and paid…
