The evidence showed substantially the following facts: The plaintiffs’ planes were destroyed by fire about nine o’clock one morning. At the time there were approximately twenty planes in the defendant’s hangar, twelve of which were owned by the defendant. The plaintiffs’ planes were stored in the hangar for hire. The hangar was filled with airplanes. On this occasion the planes were arranged in the hangar so that the wing of a Stinson plane extended over the fuselage of a Cessna plane.
