Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Albany County (Kushner, J.), entered January 16, 2015, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 4, to modify a prior order of child support.

The parties are the parents of a son born in 1998 and have historically enjoyed equal parenting time.
