These suits in equity, which have been consolidated, are brought by judgment creditors against the defendant, a Massachusetts corporation, under G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 156, § 51, for the appointment of a receiver. An interlocutory decree was entered, appointing one Harold G. Jackson such receiver, from which the defendant appealed.
