Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Battisti, J.), rendered April 15, 1981, convicting him of burglary in the third degree, grand larceny in the second degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the first degree, upon a plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to suppress certain statements and physical evidence. Judgment affirmed.
