James Robert Harris (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Harris”) appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Ohio County sentencing him to imprisonment for life and to an aggregate sentence of not less than thirty-one nor more than eighty years. A jury convicted Mr. Harris of abduction with intent to defile; conspiracy to commit abduction with intent to defile; two counts of aiding and abetting sexual assault in the second degree; and sexual assault in the second degree.
