Complainant, Holston River Electric Company, filed a bill in the chancery coust of Hawkins county against Hydro Electric Corporation, Hawkins County Creamery, and F. F. and A. A. Hale, to enforce a decree entered by the Hydro Electric Corporation in cause No. 3107, which decree was rendered July 20, 1929, by the chancery court of Hawkins county. In this decree it was adjudged that the Holston River Electric Company had the lawful right and authority to carry on its business in the town of Rogers-ville, Hawkins county, Tennessee, and defendant Hydro Electric Corporation had no…
