The issue in this proceeding is the extent of the allowance of an administrative claim for post-petition rent related to nonresidential real property in which Roberds, Inc. (the “Debtor”) was the sublessee and Kmart Corporation (“Kmart”) was the sublessor. The parties agree the lease required the full monthly rent to be paid on the first day of each month.
