1 ,In this workers’ compensation case involving two separate claims for a shoulder injury and a back injury which were consolidated for trial, claimant, Larry Modi-cue, was awarded temporary, total disability and medical benefits for the back injury, including penalties and attorney fees. For the shoulder injury, however, Mr. Modi-cue’s claims for temporary, total disability and medical benefits, penalties and attorney fees were denied.
