In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the *783plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Jamieson, J.), dated March 3, 2010, as granted that branch of the defendants’ motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the cause of action to recover damages based upon violations of Labor Law § 241 (6).
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
