HALLEY, Justice.
This is an appeal by the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company from an order of the Corporation Commission denying the application of the Rock Island to reduce its tri-weekly freight or mixed train service to bi-weekly service on its Chickasha to Mangum, Oklahoma, branch line. The trains proposed to be discontinued are Nos. 70S and 706, which render a mixed train service, but since 1945, the only passenger service offered was freight train caboose service.
