The Perryman Electric Company is a Delaware corporation with its manufacturing plant at North Bergen in Hudson county and an office at Newark, in this state.

On the application of complainant to our court of chancery, receivers for the defendant were appointed, who proceeded to administer its assets in this state, and pass on claims submitted to them.
