Appellant brought this action for partition and to quiet title to certain real estate in Lake county described in her complaint, wherein she claimed to be the owner of the undivided one-third thereof. To appellant’s complaint, appellee Lester B. Reiff filed a cross-complaint in three paragraphs, the first being for strict foreclosure, the second ejectment, and the third to quiet title.
