This appeal arises out of an action in ejectment. The plaintiff, Romy Hammes, filed a complaint in the Circuit Court of Cook County in which he sought to enforce against the defendants, Angelo Esposito, Suburban Trust & Savings Bank and Everett Lewy, a right of reentry under the terms of an assignment to the defendants of a long term lease.
