DECISION AND JUDGMENT

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment by the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, terminating a mother and father's parental rights and granting permanent custody to appellee, Lucas County Children Services Board ("agency"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
