In this interlocutory appeal, Nicholas Grapsas, the Illinois Public Administrator of the Domiciliary Estate of Florian T. Latek (Illinois Public Administrator), and Nicholas Padezan 1 (collectively, Appellants) challenge the trial court’s order denying their Motion to Dismiss a Petition for Probate of Will and for Issuance of Letters Testamentary filed by James S.
