STATEMENT OF THE CASE

[1] Appellants-Defendants/Counterclaim Plaintiffs, Faye E. Warfield (Faye) and Keyotta Warfield A/K/A Nicole War-field (Keyotta) (collectively, the Warfields), appeal the trial court’s Judgment in favor of Appellee-Plaintiff/Counterclaim Defendant,, Jim Dorey D/B/A JRD Construction Services and JRD Enterprises, LLG (Do-rey), on Dorey’s breach-of contract claim and unjust enrichment allegation. 1
