This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Williamson county sustaining the award made by the Industrial Accident Board on May 4, 1926, in favor of Randolph Bailey, the injured employee, and L. B. Duke, his attorney, against the Texas Indemnity Insurance Company, under the Workmen's Compensation Act. Bailey was employed by Wattinger Bros. as a common laborer in the construction of the high school building at Georgetown, and sustained his injury on or about June 7, 1923.
