ORME, Judge:

Montano Vincent Rugebregt appeals his conviction for two counts of rape, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-402 (1995), and one count of forcible sodomy, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-403(2) (1995). We affirm.
