Plaintiff, Oak Orchard Community Health Center, Inc., has moved by order to show cause for a preliminary injunction enjoining defendant from establishing a pediatric medical practice at 21 Union Hill Drive, Spencerport, New York, or anywhere within a 10-mile radius of plaintiffs health centers in Brockport, New York, and Albion, New York, and from advertising any such practice in said locations.
