STANLEY, Commissioner.

The judgment cancels a deed to 185 acres of land. It rest9 upon pleas of mental incapacity of the grantor, undue influence exercised by the grantee, and no consideration. The grantee was awarded judgment for $1,200 for services rendered the grantor. We have an appeal and a cross-appeal.
