In September of 1970 Dr. Adrienne Bogers, an assistant professor of French employed by Bussell Sage College, was promoted to. associate professor at an increased salary of $11,000. Two male employees were also promoted to associate professors at the same time, with salaries increased to a minimum of $13,000.
